Wake up with San Antonio Cuisine

Breakfast is offered in the main house dining room from 8:30am to 9:30am each morning. We serve a full, made to order breakfast with juice, coffee, and tea. The menu changes daily and may include such items as: crunchy French Toast fried in coconut oil, San Antonio quiche with a corn meal crust (gluten - free), omelettes made to order, Migas, bacon, rosemary skin-on potatoes, huevos rancheros, seasonal fresh fruit and more. We are happy to accommodate your special dietary needs or preferences with prior notice. We use fresh, organic, non-GMO and mainly healthy ingredients.

French Toast

Thick slices of French bread dipped in a batter of milk, cream, nutmeg and vanilla with cinnamon. Sautéed in butter until slightly crispy and served with smokey bacon, fresh seasonal fruit and syrup.

Omelette to Order

Fresh large eggs and cream, gently sautéed in butter and filled with your choice of ingredients. Served with whole grain toast, jam, rosemary potatoes, and fresh seasonal fruit.

Granola & Fruit

Crunchy organic granola with cold milk and plenty of fresh seasonal fruit.

Migas

A San Antonio favorite comprised of eggs scrambled with thin strips of al dente tortilla. Add in ingredients of choice such as charro, onions, peppers, cheese, and tomatoes. Served with fresh fruit and potatoes.

Quiche - Gluten Free

We make a gluten free quiche with a corn flower crust, eggs, cream, milk, herbs as a base. It may be vegetarian or made with bacon, gruyere cheese and leeks.

San Antonio Benedict

Eggs scrambled with sautéed onions, peppers, chorizo sausage, bacon and cheese. Served on a toasted English Muffin with Canadian bacon, a slice of tomato and Hollandaise sauce or salsa.
