Breakfast is offered in the main house dining room from 8:30am to 9:30am each morning. We serve a full, made to order breakfast with juice, coffee, and tea. The menu contains breakfast recipes that have been passed down through the family and have quickly become favorites around here. We cater to each guests dietary restrictions and ensure an enjoyable dining experience. Nothing like waking up to the smell of breakfast cooking!

Sweet Banana Bread Pancakes- Thursday

Traditional buttermilk pancakes flavored with sweet bananas and cinnamon to re-create "grandmother's banana bread". Soft and fluffy and served with softened butter and warm maple syrup.

Migas- Wednesday

A San Antonio favorite comprised of eggs scrambled with homemade tortilla chips, sauteed bell peppers and onions, tomatoes with a side of sausage.

Crispy French Toast- Saturday

Thick slices of French bread dipped in a batter of egg, cream, then coated in panko breadcrumbs and lightly fried until a deep golden brown. Served with warm maple syrup and a sweet strawberry topping. with a side a bacon.

Apple Cinnamon Pancakes- Monday

Our traditional buttermilk pancakes flavored with vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, and fresh pieces of granny smith apples. with a size of bacon

Taco recopies are changed weekly, but perfectly encapsulate the fresh flavor San Antonio has to offer.
