We are an all-inclusive wedding venue offering both ceremonies and receptions on the beautiful San Antonio River Walk. We can accommodate 2-125 guests. All ceremonies are outside on the banks of the River Walk.

Countless restaurants, shops and entertainment venues are a 5-10 minute walk from the inn, such as: the famous River Walk, Convention Center, Mercado, King William Historic District, Museums, Tower of the Americas, and much more. Take a walking tour, a water taxi, bicycle, Segway, scooter or horse-drawn carriage. Just outside the immediate area are the Pearl Brewery Complex of shops and restaurants, the Missions, Witte Art Museum, Tobin Center for the Performing Arts, the Zoo, Japanese Tea Garden, and endless other attractions.
We are located just 15 minutes from the San Antonio International Airport.

The owner and his cute puppy, Charlie, came out and visited while we were out on the patio at breakfast! Would definitely come back again!

Margaret made us feel very welcomed and the breakfast the next morning was delish! The bed was super comfy too!! The walk down the riverwalk was beautiful and mostly quiet. The location is perfect, it's a short walk to the hustle and bustle of the Riverwalk life but far enough that it is secluded and quiet. We definitely will be back!!! - ThosieWe had our family get together, so having individual rooms away from the main house was perfect. The owners communicated well, very helpful and friendly. Location was perfect for easy access to the riverwalk, but away from the busy/noisy area. Walking distance to most activities (.5 mile). Rooms were clean, bed was super comfortable, and nice clean bedding.Breakfast was freshly made and delicious (French toast was extra yummy). The only downside for us was the A/C was a little loud when it kicked on, and the street sweeper came through the street picking up and leaf blowing for a couple of hours after midnight (right outside our room).Overall, a great stay and definitely recommend for a B&B experience!
- RebeccaMy fiancé surprised me with a staycation at the inn. I love old houses so, this was a great location for experiencing the past. The room was very clean, spacious, and had a very good air conditioner that made the room super cold. It’s located on the quieter side of the Riverwalk. It was nice to have the windows open and look at the scenic river and all the people and pets walking around. The breakfast was prepared by Margaret. It was so tasty and fresh; a perfect portion was served. We loved it so much that we will return in October and beyond.
